Parkway Place Community Plan
The Parkway Place Community Plan reflects the ideas, priorities, and vision shared by residents, community leaders, and stakeholders throughout a year-long planning process. It will serve as a roadmap for preserving community, guiding future redevelopment, and creating new opportunities for Parkway Place residents and the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Parkway Place Planning Initiative is a collaborative effort to create a dynamic and transformative plan for Parkway Place. the initiative’s boundaries span from Hill Street to Algonquin Parkway (north to south), and from 11th Streed to the railroad tracks running along 14th Street (east to west)

These efforts have successfully resulted in three award winning HOPE VI neighborhood revitalizations efforts at Park DuValle, Liberty Green, and Sheppard Square, and Choice Neighborhoods revitalization effort at Beecher Terrace.
