The Parkway Place Community Plan reflects the ideas, priorities, and vision shared by residents, community partners, and stakeholders throughout a year-long planning process. It will serve as a roadmap for preserving community, guiding future redevelopment, and creating new opportunities for Parkway Place residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
The Parkway Place Planning Initiative is a collaborative effort to create a dynamic and transformative plan for Parkway Place that will positively impact residents and the surrounding Algonquin neighborhood. The initiative’s boundaries span from Hill Street to Algonquin Parkway, and from 11th Street to the railroad tracks running along 14th Street.
